While at Shadow Pet Care, your dog will enjoy interaction with both dogs and people (not to mention; birds, butterflies, bugs and whatever else may find its' way into our playground). 

Your dog will have access to both indoor and outdoor play areas, toys, unlimited fresh water and lots of treats. Dogs are supervised and good behavior and manners are encouraged.

We will need the following forms completed for your dogs’ attendance at Shadow Pet Care:  Pet Personality Profile, Owner Agreement and Owner Information Sheet.

Dog Daycare Requirements:

Shadow Pet Care has set up some guidelines to ensure the safety and health of all our daycare clients. The following guidelines and rules apply to all guests:

·        All dogs must be 12 weeks of age or older.

·        All dogs over 7 months old must be spayed or neutered.

·        All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations.  Owner must submit written proof from their veterinarian of DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations. Rabies is required for puppies over 4 months of age.

·        All dogs must be in good health. Owner will certify that their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Upon admission, all dogs must be free of any condition that could potentially jeopardize other guests, including fleas or ticks.  Dogs who have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.

·        All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify that their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or dogs.  The safety and health of all of our guests is our primary concern, please keep this in mind.

·        All dogs must have a complete, up-to-date, and approved application on file to attend daycare.

·        Shadow Pet Care reserves the right to dismiss any dog from daycare or boarding should they show aggressive or threatening behavior at any time. Dogs that continue to show problematic behavior may be required to limit their visits and/or undergo behavior modification.
